Shipping and delivery
Shipping Method:
Betafer can accept orders for delivery in the member states of the European Community. Betafer not export at Mail Boxes and companies that provide clearance. For every order placed on www.betafer.it, Betafer will issue an invoice sent. For the issuance of the invoice, to the data provided by the Customer. No change in the bill will be possible after the issuance thereof.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order placement. Payment of goods by the customer will be using the method you chose when ordering. No additional fees or commissions are due to Betafer. The delivery of ordered goods will be on the ground floor. The packaged goods are made from the factory or in cardboard boxes properly closed.
Delivery of the goods by the courier may vary from 24 to 96 hours, the same may change for reasons of force majeure or because of traffic and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority. The standard delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00, from 14.00 to 18.00 daily, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
