Credit cards, debit cards and American Express. You can pay by card through supported schemes. Transactions are handled by secure providers and Betafer does not store full card data.
Apple Pay and Google Pay. When your device, browser, card and bank are compatible, you can pay with a digital wallet without entering card details again.
European local payment methods. Satispay is active where supported by the provider, with Italy and several European countries included. iDEAL is shown for the Netherlands, Bancontact for Belgium, EPS for Austria, MyBank where offered, and Przelewy24 or BLIK for Poland. These options help customers pay with familiar local banking methods when the checkout allows it.
PayPal and PayPal Pay Later. You can pay with PayPal and, when available for the amount and customer profile, use PayPal Pay Later for instalments. Eligibility and approval are handled by PayPal.

Shipping in Italy and abroad
Betafer ships tools, equipment and professional products in Italy and to many international destinations. In Italy, checkout can offer carriers such as GLS and BRT, with costs and estimated times shown before confirmation.
Preparation times depend on product availability and procurement timing. When products are available, orders are normally handed to the carrier within a few working days.
Standard delivery is at street level unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any surcharges are shown in the cart before order confirmation.
Carrier choice. Betafer may assign the shipment to a different carrier from the one shown or selected when service issues, area limits, delays, network problems, parcel weight or volume, or a better delivery option make another carrier faster, more reliable or more suitable.
Checking goods on delivery
On delivery, check the number of parcels and the packaging condition. If a parcel is damaged, wet, open, deformed or non-compliant, sign with a specific reservation describing the issue.
In case of damage or anomalies, keep the packaging and product, photograph the parcel before opening and contact us as soon as possible with order number, photos and issue description.
