Robur lifting chains and hooks

Robur chains, hooks, chain slings and hoists for lifting

This category includes Robur chains, hooks, chain slings, master links, connecting links, manual hoists and accessories for professional lifting configurations. Selection starts from working load, chain grade, number of legs, hook type, useful length, working angle and compatibility with the attachment point.

Robur Grade 80 chain slings are made from high-resistance alloy materials with specific heat treatments, compliant with EN 818-4. They are suitable for intensive and continuous use, with safe operation in the -40 °C / +200 °C range when stated in the documentation, without load reduction. The sling must be assembled by trained personnel, fitted with a serial tag and supplied with an assembly certificate.

The Grade 10 range provides about 25% higher capacity for the same chain size and an indicative weight reduction of around 30% for the same capacity. It is useful when strength, handling and greater efficiency in load movement are required, always respecting CE marking, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and applicable technical documentation.

• for slings and chains, check grade, diameter, number of legs, load rating, temperature and certification;
• for hooks and accessories, check attachment type, safety device, markings and chain compatibility;
• for hoists, evaluate capacity, lifting height, operating effort, EN 13157 standard and available space;
• the compact 8145VX hoist is an aluminium solution for limited spaces, with 360° orientable chain guide, galvanised chain and 500 kg version with overload limiter.

Before buying online, always compare codes, Robur sheets, markings and available documents. For suspended loads or critical applications, do not choose by price alone: an incorrect configuration can compromise safety, service life and correct use.
